What we check
1,230 automated checks on every page.
Broken links are just the start. Every crawl runs your pages through 1,230 rules across 30 categories — from missing meta descriptions and duplicate titles to invalid structured data and heading hierarchy. Each finding comes with a severity grade and a concrete fix, and everything rolls up into a single 0–100 Health Score you can track over time.
The same engine is available as an open-source CLI — run npx siteos-check yoursite.com
locally or in CI, then let siteOS run it on a schedule so nothing slips
through between deploys.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
What exactly does siteOS check?
Every crawl discovers your pages by following internal links and your sitemap, then runs each page through 1,230 rules: broken links and 404s, missing or duplicate metadata, heading structure, image alt text, structured data validity, indexability, social tags, and more. Each issue is graded critical, error, warning, or info.
How often does siteOS crawl my site?
You choose per project: daily, weekly, or monthly — or trigger a crawl manually whenever you ship. Alerts go out the moment a new critical issue appears or your Health Score drops.
Do I need to install anything on my site?
No. siteOS crawls your site from the outside, exactly like a search engine does. No script tag, no plugin, no code change — just paste your URL.
How does the Google Search Console integration work?
Connect your Google account and siteOS pulls 16 months of clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position for each site, plus your submitted sitemaps. That lets you see not just what is broken, but which broken pages are actually costing you traffic.
Is there a CLI or CI integration?
Yes. The crawl engine is open source: run npx siteos-check against a live URL, a static build folder, or a local dev server, and fail your CI pipeline when new errors appear. The hosted dashboard adds scheduling, history, and alerting on top.
How much does it cost?
siteOS is free while in beta — no credit card required. Paid plans with more projects and daily crawls will arrive later, and early users will keep a generous free tier.
